Elevated Service - comes with all IFB Business Broadband Services IFB understands that as a business user you want to be as sure as you can of the performance of your Broadband services. Our Elevated Service gives preferential weighting to Business Broadband and Business BroadbandPlus clients at time of higher congestion across the Broadband network, normally at busy times of the day and normally between 11am and 2pm Monday - Friday.

We endeavour to provide throughputs of at least 3Mbit/s for 90% of the time over the busiest 3-hour period of the day.
