Our wired Internet service will be delivered directly to your stand using a Cat5e cable with a standard RJ45 connector. Unless otherwise requested this cable will be delivered to a central point on your stand, all the cabling and cable routing required on the stand is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Using IFB wired Internet access will provide you with the choice of symmetrical bandwidth options between 1 & 10Mbps. This is a wires-only service which is not firewalled and you will need to supply your own terminating hardware. You are not permitted to connect a wireless access point or similar device to this service.
WIRED CONNECTION TERMS OF SERVICE
COMMERCIAL:
There is a limited availability of wired access and all wired orders must be completed on-line no later than 1 week before the start of the event.
You will receive an acknowledgement email of your order, this does not confirm acceptance of your order as network availability at your stand location must be determined. A subsequent email will be sent to confirm acceptance or rejection of your order.
Wired charges are based on an event duration of 5 days, any longer term requirements should be based on multiples of 5 days.
All services must be paid in full prior to being provided.
You will receive configuration details via email once full payment has been received.
All prices exclude VAT and are subject to UK VAT at 20%.

TECHNICAL:
Provision of a wired service is subject to cabling access to your stand, after placing your order IFB's technical department will confirm if wired access can be provided to your requested location.
All wired connection cables will be delivered to a central location on the stand unless otherwise requested in a supplied floor plan.
The service will be provided to your stated location and tested by a Conference Centre member of staff in advance of the event.
All cabling is expected to be in place prior to the stand build and power & data cabling on the stand will be the responsibility of the stand builder.
Basic connectivity is provided over ethernet with an allocation of 5 usable IP addresses per connection, additional IP addresses are available on request and may incur administrative charges if not requested at time of order.
Wired services will be considered as fully operational by a Conference Centre member of staff successfully testing the connection for internet access.
The wired network is classed as a wires-only services and is not firewalled.
Hardware required to connect to the wired network (such as routers and switches) is the responsibility of the client, IFB will not provide any hardware.
The use of wireless Access Points or similar devices is strictly prohibited, IFB will take measures to prevent the use of these devices and retains the right to immediately terminate the connection - no refund will be provided.
