Analogue Lines: if you run ADSL on an analogue line you can transfer both the rental of this line and also the calls you make across it to IFB. We can do this with minimal fuss, no site visit, no changes to existing numbers, and no service disruption. You will benefit directly from having a single provider for your Broadband and the line it uses, which reduces any time spent dealing with service or billing queries.

ISDN2: provides digital network services which enable you to make and receive simultaneous calls over a single line. Ideal for smaller businesses.

ISDN30: provides the capacity for between 8 and 30 simultaneous voice calls. These calls can be both incoming and outgoing calls. ISDN30 offers the same basic services as ISDN2 but with much higher capacity, up to 30 lines and features such as, Direct Dial In and Caller Line Identification.

Feature Plus Voice over IP: our entry level VoIP service is designed for home workers, smaller offices or temporary sites which have permanent Internet access. You can choose from a fully featured VoIP handset or an analogue adaptor which connects to an existing telephone. Either way, our service will work on a plug and play basis, anywhere in the world and provide free calls between IFB Feature Plus customers.

Sip Trunking: this is VoIP lines for IP enabled telephone systems - which work in a similar way to ISDN 30 lines but use your Internet connection to send and receive calls - and allow the user's telephone number to exist independent of their phone's location. This can be very valuable to any businesses wishing to bring a disparate workforce under one geographical umbrella.
