SIP Trunking
This is VoIP lines for IP enabled telephone systems. It works in a similar way to ISDN 30 lines, but uses your Internet connection to send and receive calls, and allows the user's telephone number to exist independent of their phone's location.
This can be valuable if you want to bring a disparate workforce under one geographical umbrella.
