Role Summary
The Head of Sales will lead the sales to achieve sustainable revenue growth across all divisions. This role is accountable for agreeing and executing sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring accurate reporting and KPI tracking to drive accountability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Pick up and develop our sales strategy aligned with company objectives, customer demands and market movement
Drive new business acquisition and customer retention through targeted activity and relationship management
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and lead generation
Reporting & KPIs
Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior leadership
Define and monitor KPIs including:
Revenue and margin targets
Pipeline health and conversion rates
Customer acquisition cost and lifetime value
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement
Set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement development plans
Ensure effective resource allocation and territory management
Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Service Delivery to align sales initiatives with overall business goals
Represent the sales function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles within technology or related sectors
Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and reporting tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Have a great network that you work with and know
Ability to drive performance through clear KPIs and structured reporting

Achievement of revenue and margin targets
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
Team engagement and retention rates
Growth in customer base and market share
Reporting Cadence
Weekly: Pipeline updates and forecast accuracy
Monthly: KPI dashboard and team performance review
Quarterly: Strategic review and market analysis
