Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and growing existing customer relationships across all divisions. This role focuses on achieving personal sales targets, building strong client connections, and contributing to the overall sales strategy through consistent pipeline development and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal sales targets for revenue and margin.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the network, IT, and security services.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive relationship building.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on leads and ensure consistent messaging.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely updates on pipeline and forecasts.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support effective sales conversations.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in technology sales or related sectors.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.

  • Experience using CRM and reporting tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or connectivity solutions (preferred).

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of personal revenue and margin targets.

  • Pipeline health and conversion rates.

  • Growth in customer base and account retention.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
