Upgrade and retirement of IFB Domain and Mailbox Services
As of 1st February 2026, services you currently have with us will be retired – this means we have plenty of time to work with you on the options we can provide for you beyond this date and keep things working as normal.
We have prepared tailored options for you, based on our experience of what businesses like yours typically need. The three options outlined below are designed to give you flexibility and choice.

Option 1 - IFB Broadband + Microsoft 365 Email
If you’re not currently using IFB connectivity, we can offer a complete package with broadband and email powered by Microsoft 365. Choosing this option means we will migrate your existing IFB email accounts and domains to the new IFB service.
Option 2 - IFB Microsoft 365 Email Without IFB Broadband
Already have broadband with another provider? No problem! We can still provide a secure domain and mailbox service using Microsoft 365, ensuring continuity and reliability and we will help migrating you from your current IFB services to our new services.
Option 3 - Domain name only services?
You will need to combine these with at least an IFB 365 Email service and or Broadband connection
